Dress Code Policy
At Mrs Sippy, we believe in creating an atmosphere that reflects both sophistication and casual elegance. We encourage our guests to embrace a smart-casual dress code when enjoying our venue. While we don't enforce strict formal attire, we kindly request that patrons avoid excessively casual clothing, such as trackies, sportswear, activewear or hi-vis workvests & workboots.
We believe that dressing thoughtfully enhances the overall ambiance and ensures a comfortable and enjoyable experience for everyone. So, whether you're joining us for cocktails, wine, or small plates, we invite you to showcase your personal style in a manner that aligns with the refined yet relaxed atmosphere we strive to cultivate at Mrs Sippy.
While we encourage guests to dress nicely, we understand that fashion preferences vary. Managers will have the final decision regarding the dress code on the day.
The Manager's decision is final.

Animal/ Dog Policy :
At Mrs Sippy, we deeply value and appreciate our community of patrons, including those with four-legged companions. However, after careful consideration and to ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests, we regret to inform you that we have implemented a no-dog policy within our premises.. This decision is made to prioritize the well-being and enjoyment of all patrons, taking into account potential allergies, sensitivities, and various comfort levels.
We understand the bond between pets and their owners and appreciate your understanding regarding this policy. We remain committed to providing a welcoming and inclusive environment for all, and we invite you to continue enjoying the diverse offerings at Mrs Sippy. Thank you for your cooperation and continued support.
Booking Confirmation Policy
We will send you an email confirmation as soon as you book. Following this, we will send you a second email asking you to confirm your reservation between 24-48 hours before your reservation time (if you opt-in, you will also receive a text message on the morning of your reservation as a reminder). If we haven’t received your confirmation by this method, we will call you to remind you.
Please note that if we don’t receive confirmation after the above attempts, we may release your table on the day of your reservation.
Cancellation and No-show Policy
Cancellation and No-show policies are given at the time of booking. Please ensure you read our policy before making your reservation.
Group Booking Policy
For all group reservations of 8 plus guests, a £20 per person deposit is required to secure the booking. If a deposit isn’t received, the booking will not be secured. We do not take provisional bookings.
A two-week cancellation policy is required for group bookings. Any booking that cancel within two weeks of the reservation date will receive the full deposit back. In the case of a cancellation anytime between two weeks and 48 hours before the booking date, 50% of the deposit paid will be refunded. For any cancellation within 48 hours before the booking, no refund will be applied.
Allergens Policy
We are committed to providing and safe and enjoyable dining experience at Mrs Sippy. We kindly request that you inform us of any guests with dietary requirements or allergies when making your reservation and when you arrive at the restaurant.
Detailed information on the 14 allergens is available on request. Our team will do their best to accommodate your needs. However, we do not record information on any other allergens. Please note that we cannot guarantee that our dishes are 100% free from traces of allergens.
Please note that our team cannot make suggestions on your order before joining us, and our allergen matrix cannot be shared digitally in the case of new updates and ingredients alongside our seasonal menu and specials. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and encourage you to speak with your server if you have any questions or concerns about our menu.

Ticketed Events, Brunches and Afternoon Tea Policy
Terms and conditions for all events or pre-bookings are given at the time of booking. Please ensure you read our policy before making your reservation.
Parking
We do not have on-site parking.
Street parking is also available in the surrounding areas. Parking times may vary.
